Description - Description: South Kesteven District Council wishes to invite tenders to carry out void property repair and maintenance work to its housing stock which is circa 6000 dwellings.The Council plans to employ two contractors to deliver the works across it s district covering the towns of Grantham, Bourne, Stamford, The Deepings and surrounding villages.Currently SKDC completes around 150 to 200 “major” work voids per annum.It is envisaged that the works will be put into batches on a geographic basis where possible and subsequently passed to the contractor.
