Description - Description: The Ministry of Defense's Property Agency has a need to enter into a post -handling framework agreement. The framework agreement must include postal handling of letters and packages on the Ministry of Defense's establishments, and the ag reement must ensure that the Ministry of Defense's Property Agency has the opportunity to ship letters and packages adapted to the needs of each establishment.
