Description - Description: According to the pre-letter of § 137m SGB V, which is newly introduced with the Hospital Service Bessering Act (KHVVVG), admitted hospitals are obliged to ensure that the medical treatment in the sick house is required to ensure needs-b ased medical care. Adequate staffing plays a central role both for the quality of the employment in the hospital as well as for good working conditions for the medical profession and thus for sustainable use of this personnel resource.In accordance with Section 137m paragraph 2 sentence 1 SGB V, the Federal Ministry of Health (BMG) has to commission a contractor at the latest by March 31, 2025 to test a concept to determine a needs -based medical
