Description - Description: Pursuant to Chapters 2254 and 403, as applicable, of the Texas Government Code, the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (“Comptroller”), an agency of the State of Texas, issues this Request for Proposals No. 240a (“RFP”) for the purpose of obtaining consulting services for provision of qualified peer reviewers to evaluate opioid abatement grant applications for grant opportunities in Texas pursuant to Section 403.509 of the Texas Government Code and Title 34, Chapter 16, Subchapter C of the Texas Administrative Code.
