Description - Description: 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), through the GSIS Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php9,650,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the c ontract for the Project Textblast Services for CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.This Procurement Project is being undertaken through Early Procurement Activities pursuant to GPPB Resolution No. 14-2019 dated 17 July 2019 and GPPB Circular 06-2019 dated 17 July 2019. Considering this, the GSIS informs all interested bidders of the following as provided in said Resolution and Circular issued
