Description - Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Textron Systems Corporation (Textron), CAGE: 97384, for the issuance of a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The BOA wil l be for the procurement of the calibration, testing, and repair of Boresight Support Equipment (SE) in support of NAWCAD Lakehurst.
