Description - Description: The subject of the present procedure is the Europe-wide award of planning services for technical building equipment (Lot 1: HLS, system groups 1-3 and 8 and Lot 2, ELT, system groups 4-6) in accordance with HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2, §§ 53 ff in a negotiated procedure with a preliminary competition for the renovation of Heidelberger Str. 16 a into a school daycare center.
