Description - Description: You are invited to submit tender for the periodic Boiler Plant Servicing and Gas Testing to various CCBC buildings. The scope of the project is fully described in the ITT but in summary the scope is:- Boiler plant Equipment Servicing- Ra diant Gas Heating Servicing- Pressurization Units Servicing- Gas Fired Convector Heater Servicing- Gas Tightness Testing- Upload gas certificates and service reports to the electronic database(RAMIS) and maintain an accurate asset register.- Report the necessary remedial actions on RAMIS, provide quotations andupdate the actions when completed.- 24/7 call out service for reactive and emergency maintenance.The contract will be for a 4 - year perio
