Description - The City of Liverpool College intends to create a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for training delivery partners for the Liverpool City Region. This provision qualifies under the Light Touch Regime. The College has opted to establish a DPS as it is d eemed the most appropriate option to meet Its requirements and will enable a clear, consistent, and compliant route to market.
