Description - Description: the framework agreement for "External management channels for dredging sediments of the Seine and Loire Basin Territorial Directorate downstream", corresponding to the management of dredging or cleaning materials in channels external to VNF. This includes the operations of processing, management and recovery of extracted materials. Dredging is carried out on all the arms and diversions making up the waterway of the Seine and Loire Basin Territorial Directorate downstream (DTBS), navigable or not, in order to maintain or restore the desired anchorage for navigation or for the good hydraulic balance of the rivers, including all the ancillary structures making up the supply system
