CRISP is an Autonomous Organization established under the Indo-German Technical
Cooperation. Tender from eligible Service Providers for the Landscaping, Boundary Wall Barbed
Fencing, Play Courts and Horticulture Works at ITI Mugaliya Chaap Campus in Bhopal, (M.P.).

Annexure-I
NOTE FOR GUIDANCE / COMPLIANCE:
1. CRISP, Bhopal invites sealed sealed tenders on two bid system for the below mentioned work
are invited from the eligible contractor enlisted in Central / State Government Departments /
PSUs for the appropriate class and category (Horticulture).
2. The rate that you would mention against an item should be the bare cost exclusive of Taxes/
customs / excise duty / VAT/ GST etc.
3. W o r k C o m p l e t i o n / Delivery period quoted for an item shall have to be strictly adhered.
4. Your offer shall be subject to the fulfillment of various terms and conditions mentioned in
ANNEXURE – VI.
5. Each bid shall be kept in separate sealed cover (sealed by adhesive tape at both ends of the cover
as also on the back of the envelope where there are 2 or more joints).
6. The envelope containing bids shall then be kept in one single envelope to be sealed in the same
manner as pointed out in Sr. No. 5 above.
7. Every envelope should be superscribed with “Tender FOR THE LANDSCAPING, BOUNDARY
WALL BARBED FENCING, PLAY COURTS AND HORTICULTURE WORKS AT ITI MUGALIYA
CHAAP CAMPUS IN BHOPAL, (M.P.) as per NIT No. CRISP/ITI-LANDSCAPING/2023-
24/508 Dated: 30.06.202.
8. Each page of the bids including the annexures shall be signed by the bidder.
10. Please also give the following details of your establishment mention in Annexure-II:-
(i) Full postal address of the vendor
(ii) Name, address, mobile no. & telephone no. of the vendor or his authorized
representative for contact.
(iii) Name and address of the Owner / Director of the Firm with his contact no. etc.

11. All the conditions contained in the Mandatory Documents attached as Annexure-III shall be
complied by the bidder. FAILURE in compliance of any of the Terms contained in
Annexure -III, VI, SHALL RENDER THE BID UNSUCCESSFUL.
12. Delay in the delivery of the consignment shall attract a penalty as per ANNEXURE-VI Clause5. For calculation of penalty TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES shall not be included.
13. Any lapse on the part of the bidder in the matter of non-compliance of any conditions
contained in Annexure –I to Annexure – VIII shall render the Bid unsuccessful. This may

14. The bidder should submit an original copy of Undertakings on Company/Firm Letter head
