Description - Description: Mackerel• Fish - mackerel must be frozen by quick freezing method (shocked method -18 degrees Celsius), headless, gutted, cold water.• The color, smell, and taste must be characteristic of its variety.• There should be no mechanica l defects, slime. The color of the product is even, moderately dense.• The weight of each fish should be at least 200 grams.• The remaining shelf life of the delivered goods must be at least 50% of the total period, but not less than 12 months.• It must be packed in the factory manner (it must not be packed with adhesive tape or other insulating means). The product should be delivered to the purchasing organization in 10-30 kg cardboard box
