Description - Description: 1.2.1. The number of diagnostics to be purchased is:A) bovine tuberculin - 10,000 doses (for cattle); B) Avian tuberculin - 10,000 doses (for cattle);1.2.2. Diagnosticum should be intended for cattle in the skin for one -time injection. The dose of cattle should be taken as a dose unit;1.2.3. Diagosticums should be liquid;1.2.4. Diagnosticums should consist of: Mycobacterium bovis cleared from protein (bovine tuberculin) and mycobacterium avium purified protein (avian tuberculin);1.2.5. The dose of both types of tuberculin should be taken as a dose of cattle, which should be at least 0.1 ml and not more than 0.2 ml. And should consist of at least 2,000 international units (IU).1
