Description - Description: The Old Dancehall and grounds needs a full renovation. Dancehall is 17 meters by 7.6 meters, total floor area 129.2 square meters. Total external grounds area approx. two acres. The list of renovation and construction works including the following: 1. Tearing off the old roof covering 2. Removing the remains of the ceiling and the masking in the centre of the building under the ceiling. 3. Insulation of the entire roof with 150 mm thick mineral wool. 4.
