Description - Description: Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH) are seeking a strategic partner to continue the management of the continuation of a long-term innovative solution for Renal Services within Norfolk, including Haemodial ysis and Home Haemodialysis. The NNUH are seeking a partner who can apply their expertise to oversee services at the Norfolk and Norwich Kidney Treatment Centre (NNKC) situated at Bowthorpe Norwich (NR5 9JA), the Renal Dialysis Centre situated at Mill Road, Cromer and District Hospital (NR27 0BQ) and Acute Renal Dialysis located on Langley Ward at the NNUH (NR4 7UY).
