Description - The Department is seeking to engage one or more suitable service provider/s to provide rapid emergency in-reach specimen collection and COVID-19 PCR laboratory testing, on an as required basis, for residents of RACHs either on a national scale in Aus tralia, or in designated Australian States and/or Territories. The service is intended as a reserve emergency service, to be activated by the Australian Government if required in response to a significant new COVID-19 outbreaks and/or waves of infection in Facilities. The Services will only be required if:· the Department advises a successful Tenderer that the Service has been activated by the Government; and· an Official Order has been issued
