Description - The purpose of this consultation is to award a project management contract for the thermal renovation of the Cesson-Sévigné Sports Hall. The city's project concerns the thermal renovation of its sports hall while treating existing pathologies with a concern for maintaining public service as far as possible. As part of preliminary studies, the city launched a Diagnostic which made it possible to describe the desired work (annexes to the program): - the reinforcement of the framework and the treatment of the caps - the reconstruction of a roofing complex - the insulation of the exterior walls, light renovation of the cladding and joinery of the sports hall - renovation of the locker rooms -
