Description - The consultation is carried out in two stages: 1st phase: the referencing of the candidates will allocate the exclusivity of the pre-selection to three economic operators maximum. The latter will be put back into competition whenever a need arises on the basis of the framework agreement. 2nd phase: each order is then placed after re-competition between the selected candidates.
