Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is to support the City of Reims in setting up a public musical event in the summer of 2026. It is divided into two phases: - Phase 1 "Definition of the different formats of the event and different award procedures"; - Phase 2 "Support in the award procedure". The framework agreement is a "composite" framework agreement corresponding partly to an ordinary contract (concerning the fixed-price services of phase 1) and partly to a framework agreement with subsequent contracts (concerning the services of phase 2). The framework agreement part will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts, under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2
