Description - Description: Bath and North East Council (B&NES) is required under its commercial Water Supply Agreement with YTL to supply untreated hot mineral water of aprescribed quality and quantity for use in the Thermae Bath Spa facility. In order to main tain and verify the quality of supply weekly cleaning in place (CIP)operations and water analysis is required.The Council wishes to establish a single provider for the provision of CIP and water sample collection operations.In order to achieve this objective the three boreholes that can supply water are linked via a twin pipe piped system to a central supply hub located in the Spabasement plantroom.
