Description - Description: The Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction (the Ministry) is seeking a contractor for third party administration of BCEA Assistance in the Service Area to provide service for up to 35 Clients for each calendar month during the term of the Contract. The Contractor will serve Clients who receive BCEA Assistance from the Ministry and who have shown a pattern of unacceptable behavior, who pose a serious risk to themselves and others, or who may have a legal reason preventing them from attending a Ministry Community Service Office.  The Contractor will act as Third Party Administrator (TPA), responsible for administering BCEA Assistance for such Ministry Clients under
