Description - Description: The work to be carried out under this operation concerns maintenance, regeneration and watering work on synthetic sports fields, grassed areas and sports areas in the City of Salon-de-Provence. The framework agreement with minimum and ma ximum is entered into in application of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders. The minimum and maximum order thresholds for the initial period of the framework agreement are as follows: - minimum amount: 12,000 euros excluding VAT - maximum amount of 120,000 euros excluding VAT The order thresholds will be identical for each renewal
