Description - Description: This contract concerns the supply of office furniture and school furniture for the needs of the Municipality of Biscarrosse. The consultation will result in the conclusion of a framework agreement for subsequent contracts as provided for in Articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-7 to R.2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of execution of one (1) year from 01/01/2025. It is renewable by tacit agreement and for periods of twelve months. The total duration of the framework agreement (initial period and renewals) may not exceed four (4) years. Subsequent contracts concluded on the basis of this framework agreement will be treated
