Description - Senate Bill (S.B.) 24, 88th Legislature, Regular Session, 2023, added Chapter 54 to Title 2, Subtitle B, of the Texas Health and Safety Code, which establishes the Thriving Texas Families (TTF) program as a continuation of the Alternatives to Abortio n program .
