Description - Description: TII intends to enter into a Single and Multi-lot Agreement for Construction works on the Luas light Rail system. The Single supplier who is deemed the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) (first ranked tenderer) in the initial co mpetition, will be appointed to Lot 1, with Lot 2 tenderers ranked second to fourth place in the initial framework tender competition using the MEAT criteria.
