Hire charges of vehicle are inclusive of fuel, Crew, Maintenance repairs Insurance charges Drivers Cost, Drivers bhatta, etcCondition 14: The Driver of the vehicle should posses the valid driving License & he should not be alcoholic & driver shall come neatly with shoes & uniformsCondition 15: Hire rent will be as per paid availability of fund.Condition 16: Financial proposals are inclusive of Accidental riskCondition 17: The agency has to arrange for alternate vehicle in case the vehicle breaks down & cannot be repaired immediately.Condition 18: The agency/person shall ensure that the vehicle insurance & Road Tax payers should be in order and paid up to date.Condition 19: The Driver of the Vehicle shall be asked to be at the office all 24 hours. If necessary driver shall be arranging in shifts & physically fitted should not be disable. While applying, for tender the contractor can pay the transaction fee in the e-procurement portal using payment modes-1 / credit cards / Direct Debit / National electronic fund transfer (NEFT) / over the counter (OTC) on or before up to 5.00 pm hours.Condition 26: EMD will be accepted only in the form of Electronic cash system onlyCondition 27: The EMD amount submitted through e procurement portal will be retained till the Completion of the tender procedure and till be transferred to CADA account after accepting the tender agreementCondition 28: Within 7 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in the forms given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price for all works in the form of Demand draft of Nationalized / Scheduled Bank in favour of Administrator, CADA Irrigation Project Zone Gulbarga payable at Kalaburagi.Condition 29: Failure of the successful Tenderer to comply with the requirements of Sub Clause (c) shall constitute sufficient grounds for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of the earnest money depositCondition 30: After opening of the bid of single cover, who satisfies the technical and financial bid conditions, If the L1 bidder does not produce the original documents for the same then the bid will be treated as non-responsive bid as per clause -26(4) of the KTPP rules. Then the names of such bidders will be removed from the selected list of CADA enrollment.Condition 31: During the time of technical evaluation, if the employer finds that any certificates / information furnished is false and fake, such bids will be disqualified and barred from the participation of tendering processCondition 32: If any bidder fails to satisfy the conditions, such bids shall be liable for rejection.Condition 33: Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected.
