Description - Description: ScopeDescriptionThis package of work represents the development of the detailed design for the community hub and associated accommodation as well as the detailed design for the Public Town Square for the town of Torpoint, in South East C ornwall. A separate RIBA 3 report will be required for both elements. Both elements will run concurrently and the timeline to achieve them is critical to the success of the project.
