Description - There is a requirement to refurbish Torrington Market House, a Grade II* Listed building following the emergency works to remove the unsafe Bellcote structure in 2021. The front elevation of this prominent Market Hall Building at the entrance to the Pannier Market is also in a very poor state of repair and greatly diminishes the overall appearance of this side of the Square. In order to replace the refurbished Bellcote the façade of the building will require scaffolding to the full height of the building.
