Description - Description: The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEOI”) opportunity is to assist the Town of Coaldale (the “Town” or “Coaldale”) in identifying qualified proponents who are interested in purchasing from the Town a 3 500 square foot parcel of land situated along Coaldale’s Main Street for the purpose of constructing a commercial building that will tie in nicely with the surrounding landscape – a project hereinafter referred to as the “Phase 2 Civic Square Commercial Development Opportunity,” or more simply, the “Development Opportunity.” The Town is seeking non-binding expression of interest proposals based on this RFEOI from commercial developers
