Description - Description: The Town of Stony Plain (Town) is seeking a contractor to construct the cemetery located east of Rosenthal Road / Range Road 12 and north of the Canadian National Railway. The scope of work includes the following: Construction of Cemeter y, topsoil stripping and common excavation; road construction, including culverts and parking areas; construction of a fenced maintenance yard; installation of erosion and sediment controls; landscaping, including topsoil, seeding, and tree plantings; and the creation of cemetery features, including a columbarium and memorials.
