Description - Description: The Contracting Entity intends to procure a contract for the design, manufacture, installation (Option) and commissioning of 3 x FGD ash injection (LOT 1) and/or 1 x batching plant ash injection systems (LOT 2). ESB as the contracting en tity, will be responsible for reclaiming the ash from the ASA and locating it into newly designed and constructed ash unloading facility, at the base of the planned injection systems. It is proposed that the Contract will include the design, manufacture, Installation (Option) and commissioning of 3 x FGD (LOT 1) and 1 x batching plant (LOT 2) ash injection systems.
