Description - Description: The purpose of this pre-announcement is to inform the market about the upcoming European Public Procurement for the implementation of Co-determination Training. In May 2025, the State of the Netherlands (represented by the Minister of De fence) wants to conclude a new framework agreement for the implementation of Co-determination Training. Within Defence, co-determination takes place in accordance with the Defence Co-determination Decree. This decree can be found at https://puc.overheid.nl/mp-bundels/doc/PUC_34506_10/.
