Description - The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation. The services are regulated by unit prices. The Department's missions are to approve and implement in place of training for chi ldminders. These training courses are compulsory. In order to meet this need for training of childminders, the community therefore wishes to set up a market allowing this training of approved people. Training of the approved childminder provided for in article L. 421-14 is organized and financed by the President of the Departmental Council.
