Description - Description: In 2020, the Loire-Atlantique Department, in co-management with the State, renewed the Departmental Action Plan for Housing and Accommodation for Disadvantaged People (PDALHPD) 2021-2025. This revision confirmed the need for coordinated housing/accommodation/housing action at the departmental level. As an extension of this approach, the Department was selected as a territory for accelerated implementation of the Housing First plan, and wishes to support and assist professionals from the various institutions in the expected changes in practices, with a view to making Housing First a long-term practice in the territory.
