Description - Description: The purpose of this public contract is to provide training services in the field of ecological transition for the construction sector.The consultation is initiated in the form of an adapted procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.2123-1 2° and R.2123-1 3°, R.2123-4 to R. 2123-7 of the Public Procurement Code.The public contract resulting from this consultation constitutes a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders.The framework agreement will be concluded from its notification date for an initial period of 12 months. At the end of this first contractual period, the public contract is tacitly renewable 3 times per new 12-month period.Notification
