Description - Description: The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework contract for the ordering of Tölkevärava software development works and user consultation services under the conditions specified in the basic documents of the public procuremen t. The maximum total cost of the framework agreement is €1,000,000 without VAT, with a duration of up to 48 months (or until the fiscal volume is filled) from the signing of the agreement. As a result of the procurement, a framework contract will be concluded with up to three bidders.
