Description - The purpose of this contract is to transport services for letters, folders, initials, small parcels and, exceptionally, boxes of archives between the services of different ministries located in Lyon and its close periphery (basic service). This contr act provides for a possible additional mandatory service (PSE) which, if selected, is added to the basic offer.
