Description - Description: The Ludwigsburg District Waste Recycling Company (AVL mbH) was commissioned by the Ludwigsburg District to accept and recycle green waste from private households as part of municipal waste disposal. Most of the green waste is collected a t chipping sites operated by AVL and the municipalities. Private and municipal tree and hedge cuttings can be disposed of free of charge at these chipping sites. These are then shredded by AVL using a chipper and transported to the recycling plant by roll-off trucks with roll-off trailers (including two 35 - 40 m3 containers).The annual amount of material processed by AVL is around 25,000 - 30,000 t.
