Description - Description: The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the transport, reception and final treatment of hazardous waste. The contracting authority will be responsible for complying with the statutory requirements for a collection scheme for hazardous waste. The aim is that this duty can be carried out in a cost efficient manner, which at the same time safeguards the waste hierarchy, as well as ensure traceability for collected waste.
