Description - Description: Telemark County Council hereby invites participation in a competition for the conclusion of a Contract for the purchase of bus transport services in Telemark. This competition replaces a previously announced competition, which was cancel led on 14 November 2024. The competition is conducted in accordance with the Act of 17 June 2016 No. 73 on public procurement and the Regulation of 12 August 2016 No. 975 on procurement rules in the supply sectors (Supply Regulations) Part I and II. The competition is conducted as a competition with negotiation. This procurement applies to Telemark outside Grenland, except for parts of Bamble Municipality, and has a total scope of approximately 4
