Description - The purpose of this consultation is to define the conditions for the transport and supply of natural gas and electricity supplying the Opac S&L delivery points, pursuant to a framework agreement and subsequent contracts taken on its basis. . These se rvices include: - the complete supply of electricity and natural gas to Opac delivery points; - all services defined in the Ccp and all services associated with the supply of electricity and natural gas; - access to the networks transport and distribution utilities and their uses (under a single contract);- the services ancillary to the missions of the Distribution Network Managers (Grd) gathered in the catalogs of services of each Grd
