Council currently provides water and sewerage services to over sixty-four thousand (64k) customers across a service area comprising the region from north of Yarraman to south-west of Millmerran and includes the city of Toowoomba. Council has approximately 300 water and wastewater sites across the region which include treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs, bores, communication and instrumentation sites.
