Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is the treatment and recovery by composting of plant waste from door-to-door collections carried out in the 21 municipalities of the SIOM of the Chevreuse Valley, the Villejust recycling center, an d the technical services of certain municipalities adhering to the SIOM of the Chevreuse Valley. The contract is a framework agreement governed by Article R2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code. It is based on purchase orders and processed at unit prices, with determination of minimum and maximum quantities of tons of plant waste processed. It is executed by issuing purchase orders.
