Description - Description: The Syndicat Mixte Entre Pic et Etang (SMEPE) exercises the waste treatment competence for the 6 groups of member municipalities:- Agglomeration of Pays de l'Or;- Community of Municipalities of Grand Pic St Loup;- Lunel Agglomeration;- C ommunity of Municipalities Rhony, Vistre, Vidourle;- Community of Municipalities of Pays de Sommières;- Community of Municipalities Terre de Camargue.Its territory includes 89 municipalities representing approximately 223,000 sedentary inhabitants in the South-East sector of Hérault and the South-West sector of Gard. The waste collected by the various groups joins the treatment facilities under a service provision contract with the Syndicate. T
