Description - Description: The award procedure used is the open adapted procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual a mount is entered into in application of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing service orders which are equivalent to purchase orders. The maximum annual amount of the services is set at 55,000 euros excluding tax, i.e. 220,000 euros excluding tax over 4 years. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months
