Description - Winchester City Council is considering establishing a multi-contractor framework for tree works to support the management and retention of the Council’s tree stock. It is envisaged that any framework established, will be called off against an agree d schedule of rates, over a 4-year period from January 2025 onwards.This is a prior information notice only and is not a call for competition.
