Description - Description: The contracting authority intends to put the delivery and maintenance of a new truck out to tender by means of the present tender procedure. The contracting authority wishes to conclude an agreement with one (1) contractor for the delive ry and maintenance of a truck that meets the requirements set out in this document (including appendices). The contracting authority intends to outsource the maintenance of the truck to the contractor. The maintenance term has an initial term of three (3) years. After this, the maintenance term can be extended annually by one (1) year. The option to extend the maintenance term will be exercised at least three (3) months before the end of the term
