Description - Description: The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires a Complex Needs Hostel Service. The Tŷ Newydd project is a 6-unit temporary supported accommodation located in Barry aimed at providing Housing related support to young and vuln erable people living in the Vale of Glamorgan. The project is manned 24 hours a day and maximum length of service is up to two years per service user.
