Description - Description: The Western Area Power Administration, Headquarters intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis Bell 407 GXi specific flight training for WAPA aviation pilots through the Bell Training Academy (BTA). The resulting procurement will be condu cted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Annual flight training requirements in the WAPA Flight Manual specifically state we will use BTA for training on our Bell 407GXi Helicopters.
