Description - Description: TVHS is continuing to see an incline of conflictcomplaints throughout its workforce. Unfortunately, many TVHS supervisors are not yet fully equipped with the skills needed for basic conflict resolution. Unresolved conflict deflects emplo yees from the TVHS mission, changing their workday from working the mission to what they feel is “individual survival.” Some conflicts are even more complex than others and require EEO involvement. Most importantly, unresolved conflict can become frivolous EEO complaints and impact TVHS HRO mission.
